Following a suspected gas explosion in Worcestershire, four persons have received medical attention for injuries.
A residence on Hemmingway in Evesham received an emergency call soon after 17:00 GMT on Tuesday.
According to West Mercia Police, a cordon has been established and ten nearby residences have been evacuated as a precaution.
Nearby resident Sandra Cox recalled ... hearing a "almighty explosion" and feeling her entire house tremble.We were enjoying ourselves while playing with the kids and relaxing in the living room when all of a sudden, she said, "there was an incredible explosion."
"All of us were terrified to death by [it]. It was terrible, it rocked the entire home "Added she.
She called the surroundings of the incident "chaotic."
You name it, there have been fire trucks, ambulances, and police vehicles.The former nurse said that after the explosion, she had gone to the location to talk with the police.
"If somebody was gravely hurt, I questioned. But because a person cannot be replaced but a home can, I am more worried about the people than the properties "She stated.
One injured guy was sent to Birmingham's Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
A fourth individual was given medical attention by paramedics while two more people were brought to a hospital in Hereford.
A police cordon is still in place, and the route is still closed.
The public has been urged to avoid the area.
