A police vehicle seems to be following two sad youths on an electric bike just before they collided and died, according to a new video.
Kyrees Sullivan, 16, and Harvey Evans, 15, died on Monday in Ely, Cardiff, with outraged residents rioting afterward, accusing police of harassing the youths.
...On Tuesday, South Wales police denied they were following the youngsters, although CCTV from adjacent Frank Road showed a police van one second behind them at 5:58 p.m.
In a radio interview this morning, the police again stated they were not following the kids, however newly discovered CCTV obtained by the Mirror today shows the identical police vehicle travelling behind them half a mile distant only minutes later on Stanway Road at around 6pm.
