Mr Trump's claim was removed on Friday, under a day after he was reproached by US Locale Judge Donald Middlebrooks who said it verged on "trivial".

In the decision, Judge Middlebrooks called Mr Trump a "brains of vital maltreatment of the legal cycle" and said the claim showed "deficiency as a lawful case" and was expected for a "political reason".
"No sensible legal counselor would have recorded it," he said. "This case ought to never have been brought."
The appointed authority requested Mr Trump and his legal advisor, Alina Habba, and her firm, Habba Madaio and Partners, to mutually pay $937,989.39 in fines.
Judge Middlebrooks additionally cautioned at the time that Mr Trump could confront further authorizes over his claim against Ms James.
That claim, which was documented in November, guaranteed Ms James had driven "a persevering, vindictive, public and proud campaign" against him and the Trump Association.
Ms James has not remarked.
